Rules Rule
Basic Questions:
-Your name? (on furc.) Tiarae
-How old are you? 21
-Have you ever worked at another BaH, if so which one? Yes, I worked at Viridian Sage's BaH, Dark Sanctuary BaH, and own Oasis Homes.
-Whats time FST are you on, on weekdays and weekends? I'm usually on around 10am-2pm.
-Have you read the rules? Yes, I have.
-Do you have any friends at RainWater Homes? If so who? And would they recommend you? Before RainWater Homes changed I was friends with Tekin.
-Do you Dreamweave, patch, or write Dragonspeak? If so how good are you? I'm a great Dreamweaver, Patcher, DSer, and PSer.
Scenarios
All answers must be at leat 50 words unless told otherwise!
-What would you do if someone asked you a question which you don't know the answer too? I would inform them that I didn't know the answer, but that I would find out the answer as soon as possible and get back to the them.
-Other staff are fighting over emit, what would you do? Screenshot it and send it to the owner. People usually tend to not take confrontation well, and if I interfered with their fighting in emits they may find it upon themselves to start screaming at me as well.
-And if you where involved (Saying that you would never do it is not an acceptable answer)? If I were involved I would apologise for acting so immature and that I would be willing to accept any punishment that would fit my crime.
-Someone who has never been a BaH or knows anything about the bah before comes in. What would you tell this person? (200 words minimum) Firstly I would start by explaining the different things you can do in Build-a-Homes, particualarly this one considering they are in it. I would go about helping them pick a home, go over locking and unlocking, as well as how to place items in their homes. I would also send them to the forums where they could read all of the rules and tutorials available for them.
-You have just been ejected by someone. You know ejected you but you don't know why they did. How do you react? I'd ask them why I was ejected. If I needed to I would report it if the staff member was just doing it to irritate me.
-Explain how you would grow a plant in this bah (A plant of your choice). Pumpkins. First you need to get a shovel, a bucket, and some soil. Use the soil in your yard, take the shovel and use it where you used the soil. Take your bucket and bump into a well, then use the bucket where you used the shovel. Go to the mall and buy some pumpkin seeds. Use the seeds where you used all of the other items and wait. After a few minutes go by you'll have a pumpkin!
-A patron keeps harassing you. You sold the home they had while they where gone and they wont stop complaining. What do you do? I'll inform them that if they are not present for a house check their home will be sold, it's the rules. They can buy another home if they like.
-Someone who just entered the dream immediately says "What a stupid dream.." without even looking the place over. What would you do/say to that person? I'd tell them "Thank you for your opinion, you are free to leave."
-A furre comes to the desk spamming trying to get a doll. She will not listen and keeps screaming "I WANT A DOLL. I WONT PAY!" How would you deal with him/her? I'd continue to tell her that she has to pay or she can not get a doll. If it persists on and on, I would eject her with permission.
About you
-What do you think staff do exactly? I believe that staff are there to help others be able to use the dream with ease. In this dream duties would be: Selling homes, answering questions, doing house checks, and keeping the peace.
-Why do you want to work at Rainwater Villas? RainWater Homes is one of my favorite build a homes and I'd love to be a part of its team.
-Have you been fired from another job before? No.
-If so, why? See above
-What do you know about are dream? I know that the dream has a lot to offer its patrons, not only in near complete customization of one's home, but the ability to upgrade it, make money, and grow produce. On top of all of this there are plenty of other events. One of my favorite parts is the class rooms. The potential of what you could teach there amuses me.
-What are some features in the dream? Growing Veggies, building a home, upgrading your home, races, class rooms.
-If someone asked how to get to the party room from house 17 without saying a command. How would you direct them?
Go NW front the start and through the door, Go NE then NW again and through the door. Follow the path NE then SE across the bridge. Go through the door and continue SE. Again, go through the door. Now follow the wooden floor SE. Keep heading SE on the stone floor (past the double doored building) until you come to another door, go inside. Continued SE until you get to another door, but don't go in it. You're standing outside House 17.

-What would you do if RainWater Homes had to go for a weekend and left you in charge? (Pick one.)
A) Take complete control and make everyone listen to you.
B) First ask a more expirienced and trusted staff to help you.
C) Make everything exactly how you want it, screw what the real owner wants. (For example change something Rain doesnt want you to change.)
D) Do exactly what Rain would have done or at least try the best you can.
-How would you react if you suddenly lost auto-share?
I'd simply ask why I had lost. I wouldn't cause a scene or beg to have it back.

One problem, this is not 200 words. But overall it lays out the rough basics. You need to improve this.
